To contact our Customer Support team, follow these steps:

1️⃣ From Radarbot, open the side menu by sliding or tapping the icon (≡).

2️⃣ If you are not registered, tap "Log in" or "Register" to access your account and receive more personalized attention.

3️⃣ Next, select "Customer Support" in the side menu to access our assistance service. If you are already inside, you will see a "Talk to a person" button to contact our team.

In your email, include all relevant information so we can assist you in the best way possible. To expedite the resolution, we recommend:

🔹 Describe your issue, question, or inquiry with as much detail as possible.

🔹 Indicate what happened and the steps you took prior to the issue.

🔹 Mention any error messages that appeared.

🔹 Specify the version of the app you are using.
