You can subscribe to Radarbot directly through the app. Currently, this is the only official method available. Any other options through unauthorized providers are not valid. Additionally, remember that your account is personal and non-transferable, so it should not be shared with other drivers.

To subscribe to Radarbot, we recommend logging in to link your premium license with your Radarbot account. Then, follow these steps:

1️⃣ Open Radarbot.

2️⃣ Go to the side menu (≡).

3️⃣ Select the "Go Premium" option.

4️⃣ You will see the features of the different premium plans and choose the one that best suits your needs.

The payment methods available for subscribing to Radarbot depend on those supported by your app store based on your country.

I made a payment, but my subscription in Radarbot is not active. What can I do?

The reason why your subscription payment may not be reflected in Radarbot could be due to a delay in syncing information between the app store and our database. This type of situation is usually resolved quickly by simply restarting the app, but in some cases, it may require manual intervention.

To resolve this as soon as possible, we suggest you follow these steps:

1️⃣ Check that the payment was completed correctly in your Google Play/Apple Store account to confirm that there was no error in the payment process. You can verify this by going to the "My subscriptions" section of your app store.

2️⃣ If your subscription is active and there are no issues with the payment, try the "Restore Purchases" option in the Radarbot side menu.

3️⃣ If the problem persists, contact our customer support team and send us the purchase invoice you received from your app store. This will allow us to investigate the issue more thoroughly.

What is the price of the subscription?

The price varies depending on the currency of your app store's region, so our advice is to follow the steps in this article to find out the price of the subscription you are interested in. We offer plans that suit your needs, including monthly, annual, and family options.

Do you offer free trial periods?

Yes, we offer trial periods of 3 days and also one week. During this time, you can enjoy all the benefits of Radarbot GOLD and RoadPro without restrictions.

Why does my device not allow purchases?

The purchase restriction on your device could be a setting established by the app store you use. The store may have specific restrictions based on the account, region, or type of device. We recommend checking the policies and settings of your app store for more information.

Can I pay in cash or with a payment method other than those offered by the app store?

The only way to make a payment with a method other than those offered by the app store is by purchasing a Google or Apple gift card, either virtually in online stores or physically in department stores, shopping malls, kiosks, etc. This way, you can pay in cash or any other method accepted by the merchant where you are making the purchase.

Once you have the card, you will see that it has a unique code assigned. This code is redeemable in the payments and subscriptions section of the Play Store and App Store. Once redeemed, the credit will be added to your account, and you only need to set it as your default payment method.

Can I use my Radarbot account on multiple devices?

Radarbot subscriptions are only available on one device. For security reasons and to prevent potential fraud, each device can only be linked to one account. This measure allows us to ensure the protection and proper use of the accounts, preventing multiple users from accessing the same account.

If you wish to have a subscription on two devices, you will need two different and independent accounts.

If you change devices or even operating systems after making your purchase, don't worry, you can transfer your Radarbot account.

Apple offers Radarbot family plans that allow you to share your account with more than one user.

I applied a discount, but the incorrect amount has been charged. Why?

Discount offers are exclusive to new users and can only be used once per account. These offers are designed as welcome promotions. If you have previously used a discount offer, you will not be able to apply it again, and you will be charged the full subscription amount.

Why was I charged twice?

If you see a duplicate charge, it could be a temporary adjustment by your bank. Some entities hold an amount before processing the final payment, but this charge usually disappears automatically within a few days.

However, in some cases, this may occur if, by mistake, you have subscribed to two Radarbot plans at the same time. To check this, go to the "My subscriptions" section and review the status of your subscription. If you indeed have two active plans, cancel the one you are not interested in.
