How to Recover Your Subscription and Reactivate Premium Features in Radarbot

Radarbot premium features may be disabled if you change devices, reset your phone to factory settings, or update the operating system.

You only need to restore your purchases to continue enjoying all the benefits.

Let’s start with the easiest option:

  1. Open Radarbot.

  2. Go to the side menu ≡

  3. Select [Restore purchases]

🎉 Done! You should now have access to your premium features.

In most cases, you do not need to log in to restore purchases. However, if the restoration does not work correctly, try logging into Radarbot in these specific cases:

  • If you have multiple Google Play accounts (Android).

  • If you made the purchase on a different platform (Android ↔ iOS) and need to recover it.

If you need to log into Radarbot to recover your purchase, you must use the same email address you used to register in Radarbot.

What should I do if I followed these steps and my purchase was not restored?

If you cannot restore your purchase and your subscription does not appear, contact our customer support team from the device where you want to reactivate your account.

In your message, request the recovery of your Radarbot subscription and include:

  • The email address associated with the account used to make the purchase.

  • The email address of the account where you want to activate it.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase to speed up verification.
