How to Recover Your Subscription and Reactivate Premium Features in Radarbot

Radarbot's premium features may be deactivated if you change devices, reset your phone to factory settings, or update the operating system. If this happens, you just need to restore your purchases to continue enjoying all the benefits.

Let's start with the simplest option:

1️⃣ Open the Radarbot app.

2️⃣ Access the side menu (≡).

3️⃣ Select "Restore purchases".

🎉 Done! You should now have access to your premium features.

In most cases, it is not necessary to log in to restore purchases. However, if the restoration does not work properly, try logging into Radarbot in these specific cases:

  • If you have multiple accounts on Google Play (Android).

  • If you made the purchase on a different platform (Android ↔ iOS) and need to recover it.

📌 If you need to log into Radarbot to recover your purchase, you must use the same email that you used to register on Radarbot.

What if I've followed these steps and my purchase has not been restored?

If you cannot restore your purchase and your subscription does not appear, contact our customer service team from the device where you want to reactivate your account.

In your message, request the recovery of your Radarbot subscription and include:

  • The email associated with the account with which you made the purchase.

  • The email of the account where you want to activate it.

  • A ticket or proof of purchase to expedite verification.
