If for any reason you need to reinstall Radarbot, you will keep your achievements as long as you log in with the same user account.
Your progress will be restored automatically.
If you change devices, your achievements may not be transferable to the new one. This is especially the case if you switch platforms (Android - iOS), as achievements are linked at both device and user level.
What happens to my Achievements (points) if I change my email?
If you change the associated email, the system may not correctly recognize previously recorded points.
If this happens, contact Radarbot Customer Support so we can review your account status and restore your points.
