Apple Private Relay

If you use Apple Private Relay, you may experience difficulties logging in or having your license recognized.

If you activated your Radarbot license before using Private Relay

If your Radarbot account was activated before using Private Relay, log in again using the same email you registered with (not the @privaterelay address).

If you activated your Radarbot license after using Private Relay

In this case, you can log in using your iOS device’s integrated system (SSO) so that it is automatically linked.

Log in using the integrated system

  1. Open the side menu

  2. Tap on the Radarbot icon – unregistered user

  3. Select “Sign in with Apple”

If it doesn’t work or you see a message asking you to delete login data, follow these steps:

Delete login data on iOS

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone

  2. Tap your iCloud / Apple ID account

  3. Tap [Sign in with Apple]

  4. Find Radarbot and tap Remove

You should now be able to log in using the integrated system.
