You can cancel your Radarbot subscription at any time. The subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
After canceling, you will continue to have access to the features until the last day of the billing cycle.
The process to cancel and return to the free version depends on the platform where the purchase was made.
Android application (Google Play) or iPhone application (App Store). To cancel correctly, you must do it from the same service where you activated the subscription.
Cancel a subscription from the Radarbot app
To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:
Open the Radarbot app.
Open the side menu (≡).
Tap My subscription.
Select Manage my subscription.
This option will take you to the subscription management page in Google Play or the App Store, where you can cancel your subscription.
Cancel a subscription from your app store
If you no longer have the app installed or prefer to cancel directly from the app store, follow these steps according to your operating system:
iOS (App Store)
Open the Settings app.
Tap your name.
Tap Subscriptions.
Tap the Radarbot subscription.
Tap Cancel Subscription.
Follow the on-screen instructions.

Go to your subscriptions in Google Play.
Select the Radarbot subscription.
Tap Cancel subscription.

🚨 Important: If you do not properly cancel your subscription, Google Play and the App Store will continue to consider it active and will keep applying recurring charges, even if you have logged out or deleted the app from your device. This is a general policy of both stores and applies to all apps, not only Radarbot.
