Managing credit cards and other payment methods

Radarbot processes payments through the platform where the purchase was made.

The payment method used will be the one set as primary on that platform. If you want to change it or add a new one, you must do so through the same service where you made the purchase.

Google Play and Apple Store

Radarbot uses your phone’s app store to manage payments.

Radarbot does not send requests to renew your credit card, so if you receive a similar request, please verify whether it comes from your payment provider.

Radarbot web store

If you purchased a Radarbot license directly on our website, we use a secure payment gateway and will never ask for payment details via email or message.

PayPal

If you use PayPal as a payment method, make sure your information is up to date on the platform.

PIX

Radarbot does not currently support PIX.

Other payment methods or cash

It is only possible to pay in cash by purchasing a Play Store or App Store gift card.

Online and physical gift cards from stores and shopping centers are valid.

How to change the payment method

On iOS devices

  1. Open the Settings app.

  2. Tap your name.

  3. Tap Payment & Shipping.

  4. If prompted, sign in with your Apple account.

  5. Select the payment method and tap Edit.

  6. Enter the new information and confirm the changes.

On Android devices

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.

  2. Tap the profile icon (top right).

  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions.

  4. Tap Payment methods.

  5. Select the payment method and tap Edit.

  6. Make the changes and tap Update.
