Configure the app’s global settings

To access the options:

  1. Tap the side menu ≡
    Tap [Settings]
    Select [General]

App Language

Radarbot is currently available in the following languages: Spanish (Spain), Finnish, French, Hindi, Croatian, Hungarian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Portuguese (Brazil), Romanian, Russian, Slovenian, Swedish, Turkish, Uzbek, Chinese.

Note: On iOS devices, make sure you have more than one language set in Settings > General > Language & Region for the language selection option to appear.

Distance Units

Choose between kilometers, miles, or automatic.

Auto-start via Bluetooth

If you want Radarbot to start automatically every time it connects to a Bluetooth device, select which device you want to link.

This is especially useful if you connect it to your vehicle’s hands-free system.

Note: You can only select one device at a time.

Visual integration with other apps (Android)

Displays Radarbot over other apps, such as the speedometer or the quick button to add alerts while using other applications.

Full-screen widget (Android)

If visual integration with other apps is enabled, this allows the use of a full-screen widget for a more comfortable driving view.

Prevent automatic screen lock

Prevents the screen from turning off automatically.

Auto shutdown due to inactivity

Closes Radarbot after a period of inactivity to save battery. Available options include: never, half an hour, one hour, two hours.

Background permissions

Access settings to configure background permissions.

High-precision GPS

If you experience GPS signal issues, enable high-precision mode to improve location accuracy. This is especially useful in areas with poor mobile coverage.

Reset to default settings

Clears all settings and restores Radarbot to its default values.

Redeem promotional code

If you have received a promotional code, you can enter it here to activate it.
