If you are experiencing rotation problems or the map is not displaying correctly, try the following options.
Map rotation issues
If the map in Radarbot does not rotate as expected, you can try the following steps:
Make sure that screen rotation is enabled on your device.
Reset the app settings:
Press and hold the app icon on your device.
Tap "App info".
Go to "Storage usage".
Select "Clear data".
Reinstall the app:
Uninstall the application.
Download and reinstall Radarbot from the appropriate store.
Note: Options 2 and 3 will reset the app settings and cache, which should fix any issues preventing map rotation
Map not showing
If the map does not appear in Radarbot, follow these steps:
Reset app data:
Press and hold the app icon on your device.
Tap "App info".
Go to "Storage usage" or "Storage".
Select "Clear data".
Log-in again into the app:
Log out of your account and log back in.
Reinstall the app:
Uninstall the application.
Install it again from the appropriate store.
