If you receive an error downloading your maps please follow this walkthrough.
Error 17 - INTERNAL_ERROR
Internal map server error. Generally caused by connection issues or the server being unavailable. Please try again in a few minutes.
Error 24 - PENDING_UPDATE
Try deleting the downloads in progress. Close Radarbot and start a new request.
Make sure your internet connection is stable.
If you still cannot download, delete Radarbot’s data and sign in again.

Error 25 - UPDATE_BLOCKED_AS_ANOTHER_PENDING
Map downloads are blocked. If the connection was interrupted during the download or is unstable, the download may have been paused.
Try deleting any downloads in progress.
Close Radarbot and make a new request.
Confirm that your internet connection is stable.
If you are still unable to download, delete the Radarbot data and log in again.
Error 27 - PARALLEL_REQUEST
There is an ongoing map request that conflicts with a new one.
Try deleting the downloads in progress. Close Radarbot and make a new request.
Confirm that your internet connection is stable.
If you still can't download, delete the Radarbot data and log in again.

How to delete pending or ongoing downloads?
If you're having trouble downloading maps, follow these steps to check them:
Check pending downloads:
Open the side menu (≡).
Go to Settings.
Tap Navigation and offline maps.
Select Download maps and radars.
Go to the My downloads folder. If there are any pending downloads, delete them before trying again.
