Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel your Radarbot subscription at any time. The subscription will renew automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. After canceling, you will continue to have access to premium features until the expiration date.

The process to cancel your subscription and return to the free version depends on the platform where you made the purchase: Android app (Google Play) or iPhone app (App Store). To cancel correctly, you must do so through the same service where you activated the subscription.

📴 Cancel a subscription from the Radarbot app

To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:

1️⃣ Open the Radarbot app.

2️⃣ Open the side menu (≡).

3️⃣ Tap My subscription.

4️⃣ Select Manage my subscription.

5️⃣ This option will take you to the subscription management page in Google Play or the App Store, where you can cancel your subscription.

📴 Cancel a subscription from your app store

If you no longer have the app installed or prefer to cancel directly from the app store, follow these steps according to your operating system:

🔹 iOS (App Store) →

  1. Open the Settings app.

  2. Tap your name.

  3. Tap Subscriptions.

  4. Tap the Radarbot subscription.

  5. Tap Cancel Subscription.

  6. Follow the on-screen instructions.

🔹 Android (Play Store) →

  1. Go to your subscriptions in Google Play.

  2. Select the Radarbot subscription.

  3. Tap Cancel subscription.

  4. Follow the on-screen instructions.

🚨 Important: If you do not properly cancel your subscription, Google Play and the App Store will continue to consider it active and will keep applying recurring charges, even if you have logged out or deleted the app from your device. This is a general policy of both stores and applies to all apps, not only Radarbot.

💰 Request a refund

If you subscribed by mistake and would like to request a refund, please contact the app store directly. Please note that payments and refunds are managed exclusively through them.

  • Refunds are processed through the same payment method used for the purchase.

  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment method.

  • If the refund takes longer than expected, check the status in your Google Play or App Store account.

🗑️ Delete my account or my data

If you would like to delete your Radarbot account and all associated data, you can do so at any time.

⚠️ Important: This action is permanent and irreversible. Once the account is deleted, it cannot be recovered.

🔹 Delete your account from the app

1️⃣ Open the side menu (≡).
2️⃣ Tap your name or photo to access My Profile.
3️⃣ Select Delete account and confirm the action.

Radarbot does not store banking details. Payments are managed through external platforms such as Google Play and the App Store.
