Below, you will find instructions on how to find your subscription in your device’s app store. From there, you can check the current status, the plan price, and the next billing date.
Follow the steps according to your operating system:
📱 View your subscription on Android (Google Play Store)
1️⃣ Open the Play Store app.
2️⃣ Make sure you are signed in with the account you used to make the purchase.
3️⃣ Tap your profile picture (top right corner).
4️⃣ Select Payments & subscriptions.
5️⃣ Tap Subscriptions.
6️⃣ If the purchase was made with this account, Radarbot will appear in the list with the plan details and the next billing date.
📱 View your subscription on iOS (App Store)
1️⃣ Open the App Store app.
2️⃣ Tap your profile picture (top right corner).
3️⃣ Select Subscriptions.
4️⃣ If the purchase was made with this account, Radarbot will appear in the list with the corresponding details.
If you do not see the subscription in the current account, make sure you are signed in with the same email address used to complete the purchase.
