Prices, offers and currencies

Updated this week

Why isn’t the displayed offer applied?

The price difference occurs because the promotion was previously used. Promotions can only be used once per user account.

If a discount was activated in the past, it cannot be applied again. The final amount will be the full subscription price. The total amount to pay is always clearly shown before confirming the payment.

Remember: Before confirming the payment, you will always be able to see the final subscription price in the app store.

If you have doubts about the amount that will be charged, we recommend checking it in the App Store or Google Play Store before completing the purchase.

Why is the price higher now?

Radarbot prices are adjusted every year. Different factors can affect pricing, such as the global environment, new costs, tolls, or fees.

Radarbot always offers competitive prices adapted to each region, which may vary from one year to another.

How are currency, fees and taxes determined? How do they affect exchange rates?

Currency settings for subscriptions

The currency used for subscription payments is directly related to the regional settings of the app store (Google Play or App Store). For example, if your app store is configured for a specific country, payments will be processed in that country’s currency.

To pay in a different currency, you must change the country settings in the app store. This process depends entirely on the store system, not on Radarbot.

Radarbot’s role vs. the app store and the bank

Radarbot has no direct control over currencies, exchange rates, or taxes applied to transactions. These elements are managed by the app store and the issuing bank of the payment method.

Both the platform and the bank are responsible for processing payments according to regional economic regulations and exchange policies.

Impact of exchange rates

If your payment method uses a currency different from the standard euro (for example, paying in dollars instead of euros), the final amount may vary due to the exchange rate in effect at the time of the transaction.

These monetary differences are inherent to exchange policies and should be considered when making international payments.

Tips to properly manage subscription payments

Always check that:

  1. The region in the app store is correctly configured for the desired currency.

  2. You understand that the issuing bank and the app store manage both exchange rates and taxes.

  3. Remember that Radarbot has no influence over these external aspects, and any price variation is due to factors outside the service.

If you have questions about how to configure the region in your app store or about exchange rates, we recommend contacting Google Play, the App Store, or your issuing bank directly.
